We want you to love your ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
